Fly away (by firstcomet)!

A self without a wall;
like a balcony with no railing,
encourages a free fall.

Don't be afraid of failing,
the man without a wall!

Take a deep breath,
when the breath is caught,
between the lines of your thought.

Keep going till you have forgot
what all along you had sought:

A familiar face, an invite,
sharing a smile,
ending this fight,
catching a glimpse of that light,
escaping the everyday trite!
The conquest of a dream,

Good night!

Boundaries are forced upon us by our feelings of disgust, pitty, compassion and shame, as well as, the society surrounding us via codes of conduct, moral and ethical precepts.
Emotional objectivity, a form of defence machanism for couping with pain and distress, results in blurring of such boundaries and breaking downs of such walls.
